2020 FAMILY PLEDGE CHECKLIST

​

It takes a community to build and support our children at Calabasas Football.  Raising more than $200,000 and thousands of volunteer hours are needed for success.  Without this time and money, our children will not have the resources they need to be safe and successful.  Calabasas Football receives minimal financial support from the school district.  In order to make our program work, we need a commitment from ALL families to help with BOTH donations and selling sponsorship packages.

 

We are asking every family to contribute and pledge their support.  Here is what we respectfully ask each family.  Our goal is to have ALL families participate in ALL these activities.

 

PLEASE CHECK ALL YOUR FAMILY WILL COMMIT TO :

• DIRECT DONATION: Give $1,300 to Direct Donation per player for the year (one time full payment or 3 installment  payment plan, per approval,) due by June 30, 2020) .  Note: payment plans must have post-dated checks or credit card on file

​

​

• BANNER SALES: Sell 2 banners per player to a local business or supporter to hang in Calabasas Stadium for $500 each

​

• IN SEASON VOLUNTEER HOURS: Commit to 20 volunteer hours throughout the football season (i.e.  snack shack, parking staffing, barbecue, merchandise sales, pre-game set up, Homecoming, Senior Parent night, setting up pre-game meals, etc.)

​

• OFF SEASON FUNDRAISING: Commit to supporting 1 major fundraising activity through committee participation and volunteer hours during the off-season (i.e.  Gala Event,  Poker Night,  Summer Movie Night

​

• I CHOOSE NOT TO PARTICIPATE IN ANY VOLUNTEERING FOR AN OPT OUT DONATION OF $500
